Blakelow offers stunning views and mature willow and oak trees along the banks making it a haven for the local king fishers who visit frequently. The Depth of the pool ranges from three to five feet. the bed consists of silt clay and gravel. We have a good head of carp around sixty fish ranging 10lb to 28lb we also have a few grass carp all 10lb plus. The lake is run as a lake exclusive hire it’s priced at £200 for 48hr for a maximum of four anglers. If only two anglers book you can fish three rods each if any more than two you will be allowed two rods each. Pool 2 is the tench and crucian pool and is half acre in size. It has tench ranging from 3lb to 8.7lb and crucian to 1lb. With Reed beds and lily pads making it ideal for float fishing.
